Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Maintaining the knowledge of over 600 current products. • Coordinate and administer sales promotions in order to advertise products and to maximize the profits of the organization's sales. • Prepare and distribute new product information, frontline pricing, promotional pricing, retail cost issues, and cost change forms (supplier specific) for grocery chains and independents. • Process supplier allowance reimbursements on a weekly and monthly basis. • Update/maintain beer, wine, energy drinks, and water promotional allowances along with promotional dates into the internal database to assist the Sales Team with accurate and current information. • Maintaining Monthly Chain Sales Reports; download vendor/supplier orders. • Other duties assigned as essential by Management.
