Daily Duties at Benco Dental Company:
? Prepared and submitted bids to Institutional Customers (Dental Schools, Universities, Colleges, City/County/State Schools and Institutions, etc.) based on bid package requirements. (Harvard University Dental School, Boston University, and University Of Kentucky were my "key" accounts) ? Prepared and submitted quotes to Institutional Customers based on quote request documents. ? Processed orders received as a result of quotes and bids submitted. ? Acted as communication link between Outside Sales Representative, Purchasing Department, and Customers. ? Checked on back-ordered item status; initiated Return Authorizations and Credits to accounts. ? Contacted vendors for new product availability and information as required by customers. ? Researched, assisted in, and resolved customer-account and pricing issues. ? Researched and provided status of items missing in customer shipments. ? Expedited shipments to customers as required. ? Processed various reports via Benco computer system.
