Planned and lead product knowledge sessions and store walkthroughs. Assumed leadership responsibilities when management was unavailable. Prioritized workload and ensured daily projects are completed efficiently by delegating responsibilities to coworkers. Performed daily maintenance to ensure a pleasant and commercial visit for all customers, both during the day and at the end of the night.
