Daily Duties at Apria Healthcare:
I set up and taught patients how to use a variety of different types of home care equipment including, ventilators, suction machines, feeding pumps,cpap/bipap units, concentrators and conserving devices, apnea monitors, phototherapy units. Finally, it was part of my job to be on call one day a week and occasionally on weekends. During this time I had to prioritize emergencies and determine which needed immediate attention and which could wait until the next business day.
