Created and maintained skus for stocked merchandise; Maintained store sales aids fr stock and csutomer order merchandise; Maintained COE (Custom Order Entry) system for sales; Contacted vendors regarding price discrepancies on purchasing invoices; Assisted stores ith questions regarding stocked items and custom order options; Processed custom orders and placed orders with vendors via EDI; Proofread load summaries from vendors to verify accuracy of custom orders; Verified that incoming loads were arriving in time to meet customer's guaranteed delivery dates; Requested return authorizations when necessary from vendors; Provided customers with order status information.
