Learn the knowledge and the know how of the air filter industry, matched and sold filters for hopsital, business, local applications. Constructed bids for school districts, hospitals and businesses via Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet. Order Entry Error rate was .08%. Placed orders via phone and fax in company constructed order management system. Answered 40-70 calls per day. Main CSR for Houston area and New Orleans area. Helped in the training of new employees for our Dallas Call Center. Job required scanning and indexing of all shipping documents and customers’ Purchase Orders into company based intranet.
