Daily Duties at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc:
Manage the transition of IT out-sourcing contracts with large clients. Provide life-cycle development of designs, processes and implementation of large programs (>$50m, 50+ member teams, 7+ subordinate project managers). Developed an extensive metrics and reporting system to provide accurate status to corporate executives and client organizations. Rewrote critical program processes to meet industry (ITIL, BS15000 and ISO20000) standards and accepted project management practices. Diverse IT teams had to meet strict budgetary and performance criteria. Completed 4 projects on time and under budget with excellent client satisfaction.
