Daily Duties at Old Nay:
Plan and run all areas of the business including labor, sales, operations, visual merchandising, store budget, customer experience, recruitting and staffing, on a long and short term basis. I oversee and am responsible for the development of 4 other leaders and have lead up to 75 associates.
