Daily Duties at Professional Builders Incorporated:
Construction site office management,previewed and certified time card of employees and sub-contractors charges, pre-employment screening, including drug test as required. Answered phone, scheduled appointments fro supervision, Maintained phone and radio contact with fieldwork, performed small amount of typing. Ordered office equipment, supplies and maintained office files of job expenses,governmental requirements and restrictions. Filed accident reports and maintained OSHA records. Operated small construction equipment and co- coordinate needed materials for just in time shipments.,Initiated purchase order and if required bought immediate need items with petty cash. Maintained and posted MSDS in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
