Daily Duties at J.M. Huber:
Responsible interacting and assisting over 500 accounts including all distributors and direct accounts such as; Goodyear, Procter & Gambol and Colgate. Placed orders, negotiated prices and assisted two Outside Sales Representatives with quotations and follow-up phone calls. Negotiated delivery schedules. Coordinated with production and shipping to meet customer demand. Managed all aspects of customer satisfaction. Recruited by one of the distributors I was responsible for (Dunleary) to join their Outside Sales team.
