Senior Systems Analyst (November 1994 - August 2000, Ford Motor Company - FORDSTAR):Working on contract in the Dealer Network Department. Started the project as the lead developer responsible for implementing the FORDSTAR Terminal into 5000+ dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada. Assigned the role of Project Leader responsible for the management of the projects assigned to the FORDSTAR Terminal Development group. - Coordinate development efforts between the FORDSTAR Development Group and other Ford and non-Ford Development Groups. - Write and publish project plans, Risk Analysis, CPARS Requests and employee performance reviews. - Mentor new team members. - Participate in business and technical oriented planning meetings for the FORDSTAR Technology Renewal platform.
