Daily Duties at United Technologies Automotive:
Programmer Analyst (April 1991 - November 1992, United Technologies Automotive): Developed, launched and supported programmer workstations on an OS/2 platform for mainframe and PC programming. Responsibilities included project leading and performing business analyst tasks. - Project leader for the development of workstations that consisted of MicroFocus COBOL II workbench, XDB workbench for DB2 and numerous MicroFocus PC development tools to aid in the development of new applications. These workstations were also used for the maintenance of existing applications. - Engineered, Prototyped and evaluated new technologies for process improvement. These responsibilities involve the engineering of a workstations that are based on an OS/2 platform that have both LAN and mainframe access through a token-ring and a common PC desktop. - Aided in the development of business applications using Knowledgeware-s CASE tools. - Prototyped, developed and implemented RF Networks in plants.
