Installed, configured and maintained 25 node network, hardware, software in a multi-platform environment including MAC, Windows XP and Windows 2003 servers. Configured backup and anti-virus software to safeguard computers and data. Researched and recommended changes to improve system, network configurations and implemented new technology. Provided ongoing support to exercises, product demonstrations, hardware / software demonstrations and assistance to the system users and designers. Attended trained in the installation, maintenance of the VoIP system.
