Daily Duties at Marietta Municipal Court:
Deputy Court Clerk/Systems Admin. February 1991 - July 1996 *IBM AS/400 *HTE Court Management System *HTE Probation System *GCIC Daily responsibilities included team processing of 12,000 + case load and specifically processing warrants for cases in failure to appear status, balancing deposits, collecting fines and providing senior support for the Clerk of Court. Special assignments included providing support of three software packages, performing software development and to act as liaison between the court and the city MIS department. Performed first tier problem resolution and training for new court staff. Certified Georgia Crime Information Systems user.
