As a RSA (Remote UNIX System Administrator) I was responsible for providing expert analysis and support to my customer base which included 53 servers mixed between AIX, HPUX and Linux. Prior to the RSA position I worked in an OSA position where I provided support to IT Unix Administrators and technical staff at over 800 client sites. Support ranges from general UNIX system support to system OS upgrades and providing solutions during system outages. Perform application upgrades on client systems, analyze and suggest pertinent hardware and software upgrades for optimum system performance. Work with other team members to ensure new McKesson software upgrades are in line with current OS requirements.
