Daily Duties at Abn Amro:
* Project Manager for Bank conversion process upgrading Smooth PC with BankTrade Web-based portal * Managing resources and budget deliverables for IT Development/setup and UAT Conversion Testing * Verification of data models setup for each file set/location upload into each Int’l. Development Region * Handled integration of Standby Letters-of-Credit free-flow Standing Instructions to newly mapped fields * Data models include Portfolio Management of Derivative holdings for ABN, as well as Basel II compliance * Analysis and Project Tracking with Mercury Test Director for tracking testing Defects and Re-test fixes * Managed Project and Application Development teams w/weekly status meetings & MS Project timelines * Ensure products for conversion ie. Guarantees/LCs are tested and implemented prior to “Live” promotion.
