Hat Shack, Wheaton, MD April 2006- Aug 2006 Store Manager: Manage daily operation of the store. Supervise all sales and store development functions including customer relationship development and order fulfilment. Provide cross-functional team training, coaching and mentoring. Responsible for sales, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as preparing work schedules and assigning workers to their specific duties.
