Shoe City, Hyattsville, MD August 2006- June 2007 Store Manager: Directs operations for all departments grossing $5.0 million annually with 30 employees. Analyse daily production reports for sales, mark down/mark ups, lost and stolen items and payroll. Recruit, train, motivate and supervise Department Managers. Monitor sales, floor activity; display merchandise, evaluate compliance logs, and assist managers with associate issues.
