• Reconciled team expense reports and PTO reports • Gathered all needed information and data to review and submit for project approval • Kept complete and accurate project logs in appropriate programs to ensure all parties were informed of goings on • Complied all reports and data and dispersed them to appropriate parties prior to a weekly all day conference call • Constructed project file for submission and made copies for appropriate parties • Took all calls regarding projects and relayed them to appropriate team members • Made travel arrangements • Reviewed and reconciled all draws to be made to vendors
