Led/directed engineering/reliability/ESH/maintenance/project management for multibillion-dollar shipbuilding/refinery/alternative energy processes. •$200+ million/ship savings by eliminating 75% rework. Standardized/improved/developed/implemented: engineering design review & report/human factors/reliability/RAM/system safety/ incident tracking/MRP/operating manual/best practice systems. •Developed/implemented: engineering (6 sigma/SPC)/safety/reliability/human factor/continuous improvement systems. •Led/directed engineering project management for reconditioned/used process equipment. Integrated with new equipment to meet our petroleum/chemical clients processing needs at a substantially reduced price over OEMs using all new equipment. •$Million savings by eliminating bottlenecks. Used process simulations (WinSim). Set up ESH/inventory control systems.
