Daily Duties at Pro Staff:

Public Relations through verbal and written communications and consistently delivering what I promise. Build relationships and partnerships with 30+ recruiting sources, while adding additional sources regularly. I build partnerships with the public through frequent communication, being trustworthy and consistently being available. Build partnerships with internal associates as a confidante for their concerns and ideas. As a member of the Leadership team, I am entrusted with highly confidential information and consulted about issues effecting individual offices and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth market. Train associates on various parts of our business. Supervise one to three Data Entry Clerks daily.

Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity.
