Daily Duties at Franklin Bank:
Travel arrangements and all accommodations and itinerary, meeting facilitation, including scheduling, location and any presentation materials, and meeting minutes. Report preparation, create and edit photo presentations of properties using Microsoft Publisher, statistical data and comparable properties, prepared loan files for closing, verification of risk and flood insurance, licenses, deeds, HUD Settlement Statements, and Guaranty and/or Open-End notes. I maintained Lending Officers' calendar and I completed weekly, monthly reports and commission worksheets. I used Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel on a daily basis.
