Assisted consumers in resolving issues with our collection agency to offset any legal actions. This included advising consumers of their legal rights regarding collection activity, investigating and resolving complaints about collectors, processing refunds, over payments and overdraft fees when collectors did not process payments or payment arrangements correctly, updated credit reports and other administrative functions. Position required a great deal of contact with the public, phone etiquette and a high degree of diplomacy.
