Daily Duties at Inter Global Inc.:

• Project feasibility study, act as chief consultant to both customers and vendors and advice the appropriate strategies for both to achieve a mutual benefit. • Worked closely with customer such as 3M, Home depot (Expo) and Lowe’s to develop products and oversea implementation. • Develop strategies and processes for effectively transitioning products from existing manufacturing operations to offshore/domestic partners. • Cost negotiation, budget management, inventory control, cost monitoring and scheduling. • Coordinate internally on all departments (engineer, label, warehouse, logistic, import/export etc) in every project from beginning to the end with on going support. • In charge of VRM (Vendor Relationship Management) as corporate representative and enhance Vendor cooperation efficiency. • Cost negotiation, budget management, inventory control, cost monitoring and scheduling.
