Daily Duties at Electronic Data Systems:

•Sales & Marketing strategies development for the manufacture, bank & finance, Telecommunication, and transportation industries in the Andean region. •Responsible to manage different IT project for Outsourcing accounts including ERP evaluation and implementation, Information Technology Strategy Plan and Business applications •Responsible to transition 100 professional people from their former companies to EDS. •Exceeded plan and goals each year. Acquired 5 customers in Venezuela and Colombia. •Grew revenues from $ 3 million to $ 24 million over a three-year period via BPO and ITO projects. •Penetrated the Colombian market place and generated $ 200,000 in monthly recurring revenues by negotiating preferred/exclusive provider agreements. •Communication with Expertise Service Centers of the manufacture, bank & finance, telecommunication and transportation Industries with the objective to reach specialized resources, products and services to be used for the potential customers in the Andean region •Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service renegotiated for two of the medium airlines in Colombia. •Project management for ERP implementation project, supervised 25 personnel with $ 500,000 additional revenue. •Negotiation, follow up and tracking of all commercial contracts and renegotiating new contracts with higher revenues for the company.
