Daily Duties at 7 Eleven:
Complete responsibility for a twenty four hour 7-Eleven store with annual sales in excess of 1.8 million dollars. Responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and maintain cost controls within budget. Direct P&L and annual budgeting responsibilities. Manage a staff of 13 hourly employees. Ensure all stock and supply orders are completed timely and complete monthly inventories. Prepare weekly schedule for 13 employees while maintaining budget/labor guidelines. Complete all employee training and evaluations as required. Hands on manager that regularly fills shift openings, replenishes stock and performs general hourly duties when needed. Regularly deal with outside vendors to ensure order accuracy and delivery commitments are met. Increased same store sales by 17%, decreased write-offs by 20% and decreased theft dollars by 69% in less than 1 year.
