(Child and Adult Food Program) meal observations, monitor day care children’s health, development and adjustment, assist child care providers with the license renewal process, conduct home studies to affiliate new child care providers with the agency ? Regularly supervise child care Provider’s homes for health, safety and compliance with New York State regulations, responsible for filing and submission of required documentation and correspondence, responsible for progress notes on child care provider and family circumstances; maintain files of child care providers and family with current requirements ? Communicate with child care providers and clients in person, or via telephone, provide technical assistance and support to child care providers.
