I supervised a team of between ten to fifteen associates in assisting customers with their credit needs. I also brought a high level of satisfaction to customers who's concerns became escalated beyond the representative's ability to assist them. I completed daily and weekly reports for management. I also completed quarterly reviews for the associates who reported to me.
