THERAPIST • Interviewed acute adult psychiatric patients to obtain clinical psycho-social-emotional and suicidal assessments • Developed daily treatment plans with patients to I.D. triggers to relapse and increase positive coping skills, medication compliance, relapse recovery, coping skills, and stressors • Facilitated daily psychotherapy, recovery, and treatment issue groups utilizing cognitive therapy and behavior modification to increase coping skills and decrease triggers to relapse • Counseling for family members to educate them regarding patient’s mental illness and medication management • Supervised, directed, and evaluated Internship Students
