Swing Manager 10/2004 – 5/2006 • Supervised a crew of 7 to 9 employees on any given work shift on a daily basis. • Trained new employees regarding all policies and procedures of the Mc Donald’s organization. • Performed daily basic accounting for bank deposit including delivery to local banking institution. • Prepared weekly payroll information for all employees and staff • Scheduled of all employees’ shift schedules on a weekly basis. • Ordered needed kitchen and food items for restaurant on a weekly basis. • Created and set up restaurant displays and signs for upcoming sandwich introduction sales promotions when required.
