Food Preparations Specialist • Prepared meals for constantly changing assembly while maintaining 100% compliance with all sanitary, health, and safety regulations.. • Maintained accurate records and logs of Freezer Temps, Inventory, Stock, and incoming shipments and orders. • Maintained and documented Daily Reproduction Records while editing documents pertaining to government agencies regarding sanitation and food subsidies. • Organized and catered food for special events with short time constraints as needed. • Obtained Food Handlers certificate given by the Bergen County Health Officers Society.
