Daily Duties at Cruise.Com:
Payroll for over 100 employees, vacation coordinator using iEmployee.com, monitor the daily activities of the cyber cruise sales and service workforce ensuring compliance to assigned schedules, adherence to telephone policy, and maintain the integrity of daily, weekly and monthly data for all reporting. Assuring data integrity and real-time interfaces are operational, updating the employee database including daily attendance, keying of employee exceptions, days off and schedule changes; monitor cyber work force analyzing root causes of routine noncompliance issues; referred disciplinary issues to supervisor for resolution; communicate daily supervisor schedule and weekly vacation schedules of cyber work force.
