Daily Duties at Afi:

Responsible for all purchases by organization. Evaluate and approve vendors. Authorizes purchase orders for goods and services. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Analyzes changes or new issues in materials and supply to reduce costs and improve quality. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performed a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude. Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments. Dealt directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications. Handles delivery inconsistencies or delays, and reports to top management.
