Daily Duties at Atoll Media:
• Oversees large call center sales staff /customer service personal; has experience in continual training, coaching and developing of associates. • Calculates and reconciles commissions for sales personnel on a weekly basis. • Answers up to 200 incoming calls per day; filters daily messages and updates DNC database. • Extensive knowledge of customer retention and problem management processes. • Tracking customer service issues and complaints weekly to generate reports. • Handles all customer concerns including order status and billing inquiries. • Confirms appointment date, time, address and package ordered for installation. • Effective communication skills with emphasis on telephone skills and customer satisfaction. • Develops customer service policies, resolves customer complaints and ensures customer satisfaction. • Successfully handles irate customers on a continuous basis. • Strong attention to detail and prioritization of tasks. • Enforces compliance of policies and procedures
