Increase the retention rate and promote as a preferred employer for the deployed force. · Product Development · ERM (Employee Relationship); PRM (Partner Relationship Management). · PR and Communication: Managing the activity to build brand of the products. · Marketing Management · Managing the marketing efforts of Software Products and IT services for INS all over India and in UK. · HR & Resourcing · Managing the HR activities of the entire organization with more than 250 employees from recruitment to appraisal · BPO · Outsourced Payroll processing, pay distribution and benefits management · Procurement analysis, option evaluation and online procurement management · Expansion and National Operation Management · Established All India presence of the organization by starting and managing Mumbai and Hyderabad branches from scratch · Software Project Management · Managed a team of 20 software professionals to develop the products and client projects with two project leaders Initial Assignment at “INS” Included: · Syndication and development of Web content, E Business solutions, custom-built software and multimedia content development. · Identifying Syndication Services / Content Development as one of the main services and guiding the company from a Static Web content provider to Multimedia Content, WAP Enabled content to Broadband Content for Web.
