Daily Duties at S R Nova:

· Operations management, delivery management, internal conflict resolution and customer relationship management· Define and manage annual budget, including revenue forecast, cost, profitability and cash flow. Responsible for meeting the current business plans as well as utilizing resources for meeting the challenges of the future.· Define and implement organizational vision and strategy, including new business initiatives, market acquisition, and technology competence and tools development.· Coordinate internal and external business and technical resources to define project objectives, tasks and deliverables for all the projects.· To form a vertical wide strategy to grow the business in each of specialized domain areas. Develop marketing strategies including Go To Market Planning through extensive research, covering Market Information, Offering Details, Competition Info, Prospect Profiling and Communication, Business Risk Management and track records.· Planning and driving bottom line target achievement thru constant monitoring of account growth, analyzing project metrics, account strategy, onsite/offshore mix, revenue realization, and gross/net margins.· Build strong client relationships and appropriately manage client expectations. Manage and increase business from key existing accounts and increase outsourcing share from the accounts· Strategic planning to identify possible partners, initiate dialogue and build and maintain Partner relationships· Share knowledge and best practices with team; facilitates project review sessions at the close of each project.· Responsible for interviewing and approving candidates to be staffed on team.Provide review, authorization and maintenance of third party contracts, service level agreements and financial payments.· Act as an escalation point for the customers during emergency situations requiring immediate attention and resolution.· Involved in senior level movements, client meetings, employee retention, HR issues, performance management, customer satisfaction reviews, · Report account level various status periodically to BU Head, Top management.
