Prc Work Values

Daily Duties at Prc:

-Handling incoming calls regarding technical problems on PDA devices. -Looking up and using appropriate troubleshooting techniques regarding resolving issues, or to determine if replacement is needed for the device. -Appropriately documenting the customer’s account of the steps taken or additional steps when necessary due to customer does not have the equipment or is on the device. -Assisting Team Members with questions in regards to device issues when assigned or available to do so
