Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to Director. Heavy client contact, handled all word processing for the marketing department on CPT and IBM, handled all of the Directors correspondence, set up meetings coordinated projects with rest of department, responsible for salvaging lost memberships, troubleshooting, customer service and made sure tha the client's needs were handled with the utmost professionalism.
