Daily Duties at Khepera Charter School:

Performed a variety of key functions; handled administrative functions for the Board President and Principal of Khepera Charter School including drafting, typing and proofreading correspondence; answering telephones; preparing expense reports; coordinating internal and external mail; distributing documents; copying; faxing and maintaining confidential information and general filing. Scheduled internal and external meetings including conference calls and necessary travel arrangements. Maintained and kept appointments up-to-date on electronic calendar. Arranged for equipment and any refreshments as necessary for events and meetings. As required, research and organize background materials in advance of scheduled meetings. Assisted with the preparation of reports or client presentations, using Power Point, Excel, etc. Scheduled substitutes and provided necessary coverage for classrooms as needed.
