Daily Duties at Burger King:
Ensure that all OSHA and ServSafe guidelines were followed throughout shifts; Monitor food and equipment temperatures to prevent under or over cooked food and preventing any food-borne illness; lead and assist crew members in taking, preparing and serving customer orders; run hourly labor reports and adjust staff accordingly; dealt with customer comments and complaints; kept "drive-thru" service time under ninety seconds; over-see that all safety rules and regulations were followed; nightly labor, sales and speed of service reports completed and e-mailed to regional manager; nightly, weekly and monthly inventory reports of all stock throughout the store; general labor such as sweeping, mopping, washing windows, washing and sanitizing dishes and tables, cleaning bathrooms and walls and keeping the parking lot safe and litter free.
