Daily Duties at Coast To Coast Recruiting:

• Skilled and Utilization of mining various job boards to identify top talent • Ability to recruit cross divisional candidates • Well versed in phone screen process and qualifying candidates. • Maintain own recruiting network. • Responsible for outside search activities. • Responsible for preparing candidates for interview with hiring manager. • Facilitate any salary issues to conclusion (as required by guidelines) as well as offer negotiations(as required by hiring manager) • Extended both verbal and written offer of employment to successful candidates. • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Manage a variety of relationships including working with recruiting team. • Utilize both cold calling into competitors to source candidates as well as use of internet job boards for candidate’s identifications. • Run background checks, degree verifications an reference. • Problem resolution and escalation process management
