Daily Duties at C.H. Bull Company:

My responsibilities included, answering the phone, filling in forms, customer service, handling complaints, giving directions, ordering coffee and office supplies, giving payment dates to vendors, preparing vendor checks for mailing, data entry, inputting inventory tallies, payroll, billing customers, some cash counting, various secretarial duties, inputting vendor invoices with specific payment terms, preparing advertising flyers for mailing and taking the mail to the post office, distributing the mail when it arrived, filing of vendor and customer files, making marketing calls for financial support, keeping switchboard in working order, mailing literature for sales, maintaining break area cleanliness, managing employee health care information including, distribution of enrollment applications, updates of info on health care websites and getting premiums paid.
