Managed the daily operations of a military Fitness and Sports Center. Supervised employees in cashier procedures, equipment maintenance, and facility maintenance. Provided quality assurance for contract cleaning services; submitted inspection reports as necessary. Submitted budget proposals and financial documents for current and future expenditures. Created and implemented an extensive employee training program in customer service, financial reconciliation, fitness, and sports programming, and resale operations.
