Promoted to training manager over 100 sales reps. Traveled to 3 offices analizing sales reps performances and working with those who needed help. Created reports to track performance and tools to help sales reps succeed. Then Promoted to manager of a team of 20 sales reps. Maintained a pipeline of 100-150 loans. Assisted each sales rep with closings and problem solving.
