Relaying conversation for the hearing and speech impaired community by typing their conversation at the rate they speak (dictation), or reading the conversation for a speech impaired person with accuracy of desired intention, while remaining transparent as an operator. Typing tests quarterly for accuracy and speed, Side by side testing done by supervisor or team leader attatched as calls come in, evaluated immediately following call process two times monthly Written quizes to be submitted each month on policy or technical changes happening within the company Timed breaks as to releave call lines. Attendance and performance points acrued for any violations.
