Claim Coordinator/ Adjuster – • Coordinated over 200 claims including assigning appropriate adjusters (Wind, Contents, ALE, Mold, and SIU), facilitating communication between Insured and Adjusters through 10 day call rotation; working with Admin Mgrs to assure proper claim handling, following claim until process completed. • Coordinated claims for Spanish speakers in FL, LA, and TX. Field Adjuster of Catastrophe Property Claims • Adjusted over 100 homeowner catastrophe claims throughout Southwest Louisiana including mobile homes.
