Daily Duties at Seabridge Dental:

Front office duties include answering phones, setting appointments, confirming appointments, dental billing such as sending out dental claims electronically, checking status of claims electronically, using NEA Fast Attach to send out claim x-rays and pictures, accept insurance payments as well as payments from patients, verify eligibility and insurance, all accounting duties such as accounts receivable / payable. Back office duties included clearing patients mouths by operating a high volume oral evacuator, air water syringe equipment, recording findings from the oral examination, during oral examination or treatment providing the instruments, and dispense materials as directed by the Dr.
