Daily Duties at Herndon & Associates:
Responsibilities included constant updating of company intranet through proficient use of Macola, a software system which provided applications that enabled initiation of a file to track new assignments, manage billable hours and process timesheets for each investigator and their client, as well as workflow, document management and customer relationship management. Also, proficient in use of the State of Michigan/Secretary of State website that provides information on vehicle registrations and drivers licenses
