Daily Duties at Xprt Solution:
? Provided support for the Communication lab staff, HR and general staff of over 100 employees and performed various managerial duties such as: • Monitoring Office supplies and stock, collecting, filing and verifying documents regarding monthly inventory, POR’s, TRV’s and classified government material. • Coordinating travel, maintaining executive calendar, booking and organizing conference halls, scheduling meetings, keeping track of appointments, maintaining visitor logs, e-mailing and scheduling online conferences using Outlook, printing scanning, faxing, photocopying and trouble shooting basic equipment problems. • Organizing company’s monthly Town Meeting and arranging catering for over 200 staff members. • Taking care of the busy call center, working with over 30 extensions, taking and relaying messages, retrieving messages from voicemail and forwarding to appropriate department. • Receiving and distributing all incoming mail, packages, faxes, making necessary envelopes, labels and deliveries.
