Daily Duties at Actiontec Electronics:
• Functioned as Level 1 and Level 2 help desk by Installing, un-installing, and configuring DSL modems through both phone and e-mail support. Hardware supported (Digital Card Readers, Fire wire Cards, ISA and PCi Modems), Software supported (Windows NT, 2000, ME, 98, 95, Mac, Linux, Hardware Drivers). • Wrote and organized manuals which gave directions on the install, un-install, and basic configuration. Trained new employees and updated existing employees. • Was a Backup Lead for Tier 2 Support, Was a Compatible tester for Windows XP (When was released) for all tier 2 products. Troubleshot Network problems (Wireless, Hardwire)
